Senior Analog Design Engineer
Role description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Analog Design Engineer based in Reading, United Kingdom. The role involves designing high-performance analog circuits, developing innovative circuit architectures, and contributing to the advancement of cutting-edge optical and electrical products in the data center sector.
Role responsibilities

Ownership of block level design, verification, schedule and documentation

Ability to communicate effectively with technical leads and architects throughout the design process, to optimize block specification and performance

Innovate and deliver creative design solutions

Partner with physical layout team to ensure post-layout performance meets specification

Rigorous approach focused on delivering high quality results

Work with other technical disciplines as appropriate to deliver an end-product

Deliver/participate in design reviews
Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of relevant industry experience in analog IC design

Hands on experience in analog design of high-speed communications circuits is critical

Experience of analog design in FinFet technologies at 5nm and below is preferred

Familiarity with the latest EDA tools

Ability to communicate and present to customers, both internal & external

Excellent documentation skills

An autonomous self-starter that is also a team player
-
B.Eng. or equivalent (or higher) degree in Electronics Engineering/Microelectronics
